The softness of the sponge and the grippy Tensor system rubber allows very heavy spin while still imparting speed on the ball. Tango makes looping easier and imparts huge amounts of spin on serves. Highly recommended for aggressive loopers.
1.5mm is great for defensive/allround players seeking extra backspin and control in their game. The Tensor system allows you to counter-attack with these thinner sponges like you would with a conventional Japanese 2mm rubber.

Recently change to Tango from Mark V to hopefully get a little more speed and spin on my backhand. The Tango is faster, spinner with a little less control on some shots compared to Mark V. My Bat (Stiga AllRound) seems lighter. I am happy with the change.

tried 1.2,1.5 and max. 1.2 is best esp v better players. Ball trajectory so low compared with 1.5 or max. Some wobble on 1.2 possibly due to ball contacting blade.hard for opponents to time ball .great for attackers.

hi austrlia, where i live this is #1 rubber. Fantastic spin! No need for speed glue which is good for 2008 when ITTF stop it.
